Just be careful, and pay attention to what you're doing.
I lost 90,000,000 in an MMG because I put an extra zero.

Closet-type process has been discussed. Ryme doesn't seem to be into the idea much. A lot more coding for that to happen.

I think I can redo the buy-it-now button as a graphical link instead of a form button, if that would help.
Also, I've been meaning to have some way of hiding your chips, both for personal modesty, and for defensive measures like this. I don't think you should have to defensively hide them, but some people seem to like it, and I'm all about letting you go out of the way if you want to. "Chip stacks" and "dense chips stacks" anyone?
I'm still a little confused how the Bid and Buy it Now buttons get mixed up. There's a whole column between them, and the Bid button directly touches the "type your bid here" form field. You'd have to click on the text field, type, and then mouse away from the most convenient button to go over to a button farther away to do the wrong thing. This isn't the first time it's happened, though, so I'll take it seriously. It just confuses me.

i've definitely done this myself. i accidentally bought a silver star for about 115k with the buy it now instead of hitting the button to enter my bid. its not that the system is confusing in any way, its just that i wasn't exactly paying too much attention to what i was hitting. i think it would be nice to just have a little box to check to confirm that you want to buy the item, kind of like the kol MMG check boxes to make sure you actually want to take the bid. so yeah, some kind of confirmation would be nice.

How about just having the option to cash in your chips at a casino building for useless legal tender?

i.e., a chip sink?

Really, the chips *are* legal tender. I don't know where this theory came from that chips are the underground money, or some kind of substitute. In Twilight chips are the *only* form of currency. That's how pervasive the casino/gambling racket is.

Really? There's no government-sponsered money?
Jeez.
There's always the possiblity of transferring your chips into half-smalls and the like. Personally I like the idea of turning your chips into an item and being able to convert them back instead a "chip closet."

That's was my "narrative justification" for why you can't quit your job. Ahem.

Nah. "Smalls" and "Larges", obviously.
