Sticky Gloves

Does anyone actually have any? So far I haven't come across them in the AH, or found anyone with one. Are they just something in the DB unimplemented, or I just have been unlucky?
Of course, no one has found/has made duct tape yet either.
But that'd be my guess too. The tape and one of the pairs of gloves. Probably leather, based on mutual power/level requirements.
