XP / level changes

As a many people noticed, the equations for XP per level have changed with retcon. This was to address two balance issues: one at low level, where there didn't seem to be enough time to do the quests without getting pretty ahead of yourself in terms of level, and definitely didn't leave room for other strategic diversions or anything else; and at high level, where the XP/level curve was pretty flat, and using some of the scaling foes could result in leveling up in just a few fights.
The new version pads the very low levels with more XP, which I think gets the pacing closer to right, and sets up the really high levels with a much steeper curve -- which shouldn't matter, because after level 70 there's not much to strive for except to be up there, and as long as levels are relative for all players, it should work out the same.
Some perhaps surprising fallout from the recalculation is there's actually a range of levels (from about level 60 to a bit over level 100, where the new formula is actually more generous than the old one. I don't think that hurts anything at all -- it saves a bit for people pushing to 70 to finish any of the dreamer's clock stuff. But enough people were surprised after retcon to find that they had enough XP to level up when they hadn't been in that position the day before.
Just wanted to reassure everyone that nothing is broken there, and explain a little since the recalculation seemed to surprise a few people. And also note that unless spaders have been really quick, the wiki may be inaccurate for a little while (had a bunch of people cite it as proof the game was broken).
