I'm also now getting negative XP from the 'Rescue the Worker' portion of the choice adventure Aio, Quantitas Magna Frumentorum Est in the Oil Derrick.

Well, I see a couple of places where a rounding error may have allowed anyone with a high negative chips or XP modifier to go negative in those spots. Did you have negatives of either of those things when you encountered them?
Rounding error fixed, by the way. Was doing 10x the normal chips/xp modifier on a couple of adventures. Not sure why nobody ever noticed an anomalous 10x bonus on them, though.

However, it looks like the T-1000 screws it up too, so it's not just accessories or buffs.

I think I also tracked down the chips bug with the extortionist and majestic noble. Ryme tested, Ryme approved. Unless someone says otherwise.

I suppose this is more a 'bug' than a 'grammatical error':
It is currently Frayday.
It is also currently a snow day. Now, for snow days, we are told it happens to be one with this message:
It's snow day! A freak weather pattern just dumped a ton of snow on Twilight city. It's
not Frayday, but you don't have to go to work. Have fun playing in the snow!
(emphasis is mine)
So, is it Frayday, or not?

I'm 99% sure I put something in there because of smart-aleks like you, who kept pointing this out. Apparently it's not working.
Edit: yes, problem was case sensitivity. Now go enjoy your custom message.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but figured I'd mention it:
The other day, when I fought the Mick, I opened by throwing a Specter Snare. The leech was more than the damage he opened with, so I ended up with 108/104 hit points. I don't think it's much of a problem since I figure it'd drop back down to max post combat, but figured I'd mention you can go above 100% during the combat.

When one activates the selection to fight The Bard (by using The Bard's Play), it puts up the text:
You pick up the the play and start to read ...
By the third page, you hear shouting from a booth above the front of the house. "No, no, you're doing it all wrong! Your enunciation is totally off, and an English squirrel has a better accent! Get off the stage right now!"
• Stop reading and leave
If one doesn't select either, but instead opts to use a different item. It took me back to The Cube (which was my Last Area Patrolled).
I tried clicking my inventory... took me to LAP again. Weird.

You can get 0 chips from using the pan handle.

Was it against a foe that doesn't normally drop chips?

If the foes don't have chips, this should give a slightly more intelligent message now.

Don't know if this has been reported already, but if you have a star equipped and you apply skill points to a skill, your maximum skill points go down permanently

Skill points go down? Or hit points/power points?
If the former: never heard of it. If the latter, old bug that I still don't know how to fix.

During this retcon, I chose to fight wandering and static villains. In the NCI Live building, I encountered Terce when I clicked on the office area that requires the grappling hook. After I defeated Terce, the grappling hook area was still un-cleared. I had to spend another turn to use the grappling hook.
Was this intended?

Villains override, so even though you clicked on a room in NCI you didn't actually enter that room because the villain got to you first.

On the retcon history page:
Pulls: Max pulls (10/day) + a break at 36 hours, -2 points
In the Manual:
Max pulls (10/day) and get a break after 48 hours of patrolling, where you get all of your items back (-2 mettle)

In case that helps, it seems like the missing HP is somehow added to your strength. Or at least I've gained unexplainable strength bonuses after investing skill points right after levelling, while losing max HP. Both values go back to normal after the next level up. It also appears that investing skill points a second time in the same level fixes it (or at least investing the troutmaster's points did).
Do you need the exact conditions that make this bug happen? I can reproduce it fairly consistently, so just let me know...

Nope. I know exactly what's going on. It's just a messy piece of code that I haven't quite felt ready to tackle.
Stats issues are probably caused by the same thing -- a combination of +Str and +%Str might cause weird blips up or down, in a similar fashion. There's definitely no crossover where HP are being funneled into STR, they just both suffer the same bug.

I take back what I said. Specifically if you're wearing 2 silver stars, there was indeed a bug where it was adding STR instead of HP for the second silver star. But that's the only case where that would happen, otherwise it was just bad calculations.
In other news, I think I've fixed all the issues with losing HP/PP when using the skill point allocator. Huzzah!

Leveled, added 2 points to Ant's Strength, and didn't have current HP go down. Looks good.
(I would have tested with Vigor, but that's already maxed)

Speaking of minor...
"You have defeated 705 of Ursula's evil toys"
The "have" should probably be removed, both for grammatical reasons and for consistency with the previous events.

When you retcon and then build a new computer, the Registry Cleaner is still in the drop-down. I know it's A) useless, B) a free pull, and C) not consumed when used, but I thought I'd point it out.

Looks like there's some issues with IE9 and your shop's interface. We're working on it, but it appears turning on compatibility mode also fixes it. Will keep you posted.
