False. No hot air balloons either.

TNP has finished at least one retcon run at either end of the extreme (either Maso or the 1-mettle runs that don't let you perm anything)

True. The very first retcon you do is a no-points run, so I think everybody has done that end.

Nope, the first run is 'Original Continuity', not a retcon run.
