Heh... I can manage a grating voice (I like Tom Waits, after all), but everything I've heard from Radiohead has just left me cold. I guess it's not so much that I hate them, as I can't understand why everybody seems to think they're the best thing since... well... whatever.
Also, if we're counting albums that share a theme but don't exactly tell a linear story (or mostly linear... The Wall's weird), I think Cyberpunk by Billy Idol deserves an honorable mention. With a broader definition, it's definitely a concept album, and shockingly good. Way ahead of its time.
