Why can't he express his negative view? Not everyone will like everything. Why is everyone jumping on his case about it? Geez.

It's not fully spaded. Rather hard to say they're useless when you don't even know what they do. Also, at least two of the spaded effects are quite beneficial. Unless you don't like HP and PP regen.
