If there was, you'd have to be able to combine them to get Captain Water! Then maybe you'd find the badge. >_<

I got the Candy Sovereign badge by consuming all four trick-or-treat candies and going to the trainer with all of the effects active. However, other players have gotten the badge without the effects, and only one of the candies consumed.

EDIT: Maybe it's something simpler, like participating in trick-or-treat.

I guess bottle of pills buffs were added as a trigger for those who couldn't participate in the event? The text hints at spitting lightning and trick or treat in the name so it is mainly referring to the halloween candy.

About the ionic, why don't you just share the info with everyone like we all do? You're not a dev after all. Anyway, my new idea is having all 4 overthrusted ionic stones...

The Candy Sovereign badge was bugged and should not have been counting random other buffs.

Edit: That said, implying that you're trick-or-treating with the nice people at Shiloh is about the funniest bug ever.

Trick-or-treating isn't intended to be one time. But, if it were, the Candy Sovereign badge would have some good company as far as time limited badges go.

I went adventuring for most of the night while wearing a bike helmet, rolled-up newspaper, fishnet stockings, and bunny slippers.
Let's see...started at 5:30 PM, changed outfits for about 2 hours to fight another Mechapinata invasion, went back to The Leopard's costume (see the first sentence above), and continued adventuring until 3:54 AM...
so about eight-and-a-half hours.
No badge.

Maybe I'll try it in real life. Watch the news for an unusually-dressed person in Honolulu being arrested for beating up jaywalkers with a rolled-up newspaper.
