The platypus is a mammal that lays eggs and has deadly poison.

I'm not sure, but I think the poison would make platypus inedible. One vote for platypus.

Kangaroos are just giant kangaroo rats... platypi are made of ducks, beavers, snakes, and EPIC WIN. I had to do a report on platypi back in middle school, so I should know how awesome they are, since the report didn't bore me to death.

I had a choice on what animal to do. Kangaroos weren't nearly as high on the list as Platypi, which was third on the list. At the time, the ninja turtle was at the top, with the glitch Pokemon Missingno. as number 2. Of course, neither of them are real, so...
