What's your daily diet?

Talk about the game. What game? The game with the power? What power? The power of ... aw, skip it.

What's your daily diet?

Post by Muhandes »

My current daily diet is 2 Mister Teas and either 2 Rondo sugars or 3 sugar substitutes. This gives me about 210+70 minutes on top of the 210 rollover ones. So about 490 mins = 122 turns per day.

How about you?

Generally, I'm cheap, so I have 2 Mister Teas and 3 Stroopwafels. When I want the turns, I replace the tea with Exigen-C cocktails. Of course, since I'm almost never in the castle, the Stroops will eventually be replaced with eyeball gumballs.

Of course, with all the junk I've collected, I could probably do an oil can/substitute combo.

Yep, Teas and stroop is my diet. I have to occasionally use the sugar substitutes if I run out of stroop.

Ts and stroops, likewise. Reliable to get without spending adventures outside of the Castle. And I Castle 24/7 anyways.

3x Exigen-C's provide 285mins.

2x Bray/Scalpel + 1x Blue Oxford only provide 276 mins.
Well, hell... that's what I get. I always assumed 2 energy drinks was more than 3 exigen's... crap...

Generally, an exceptionally cheap yet solid diet would be 12 Gingers (buy in bulk from the Black Market, they're only 10 chips per) and Eyeball Gumballs. Eyeballs are rarer than the other gumballs, but you can recoup some of the cost by autoselling the blue, pink, and green gumballs. It's far from the maximum number of turns, but it's pretty effective and, again, quite inexpensive. As you get more funding and have fewer uses for chips, you can upgrade to Mister Teas and Stroopwafels/IQ120s. Beyond that, the cost generally isn't worth the effort, unless you really really want to maximize turns (ie: exploring new content).

While Exigen-C cocktail doesn't drop, it is a simple combination of two items that do, Rainbow's Ark pill & Blue Oxford drink‎. One can (and this one has) easily spend one day getting one and another getting the other, ending with a nice supply of the best caffeine item in the game. Yes, it is the best as point above (3 of them give 95x3=285, compared to two energy drinks+Blue Oxford drink = 2*120+36=276).
