I'll try to make an objective critic

I think elementals got an awesome skill to make valuable Items...
but I think the items are only valuable at ceirtain levels...
and the skill requires a remarcable short amount of PP..

ok.. now let's see how the other elementalists gets mad because of my comments..

This should come as a surprise to no one, but...

Your best bet for plasteel is the robot hive. All of the enemies there drop it.
Battle Drone: 2%
Defender: 2% (also drops titanium at about 8%)
Investigator: 5%
Hovertank: 15%

Percentages based on ~900 turns.
