Re: Minor bugs
When you have line breaks in a league description, a <br /> shows up in the text box (as well as the actual line break), so if you re-edit without taking out those <br />s, they go into the edited description as plaintext.

Re: Leagues!
Missing an = Fixed that. Edit again: some kind of logical sorting in the Waiting room would be nice. Alphebetical by name is... less than useful. Status -> Rank -> PlayerID/name would be more useful. It's the way it is now because doing it differently is a flaming pain. I'll give it some more thoug...

Re: Leagues!
That surprises me. I imagine it'd be very useful for gathering together community use VIL slaying parts. Oh, also, there's no indication of who is a leader/recruiter when an outsider looks at a league, which might be useful.

Re: Minor interface tweak requests
Not particularly an important request, but I dislike that in the new league pages (multiple locations), you can click on names of leagues, people, etc. but they're plaintext instead of links. I clicked on them out of habit so I know they're there, but it's not very intuitive and hardly consistent. E...

Re: Minor bugs
Currently, throwing star magnetar slips through VIL's shields completely. No other throwing star (or any other combat item I've tested) does so, so this is peculiar to me. It's not really exploitable since most people have none or only 1 of them, but worth mentioning. Also, the flavor text for VIL g...

Also interesting issue, Olaf decided to make PFE a league and invited most of the members, giving me recruiter status and a few others leader status, however Olaf left back to his previous league and no one else had joined it, leaving me as the only active member (and thus a leaderless league). I'm ...

Non-class Permanent Skills
Has anyone done a run with the +2 mettle option for skills and tried to put skill points into a permed skill learned from an item instead of from a class? I would assume these skills (beefcake!, fast learner, animal kung fu and so on) could have points put into them, but maybe not.

Those rules only strictly apply if there is a demand for the currency. I would say the fact that the 5 stars I put up at the beginning of every month are gone within 12 hours pretty much means there is a demand for the currency. This may not be true for most players, but if I want to buy something, I typically search and buy it directly from the search screen, erasing the 'clutter' issue, for me atleast. I just hate having tons of items that I could be selling that I can't put on there.

Well, as with any game, an economy can't stabilize until many, many players are using the market. Even in this game, I've seen prices stabilize for plenty of items, it just takes a lot longer. As originally implemented, in order to get more shelves for space in the mall, an exponentially increasing amount of chips is needed. I paid up to 1,280,000 chips bringing me to 110 shelves before I decided it wasn't really worth it any longer, but I put up a silver star with the price of 2,560,000 ...

I wasn't even aware that such a script existed. I'll take a look at it. Edit: It's working fine in FF 9.0.1. I'll check the script for things that might have broken. If you can, use FF's error console under the tools->web developer and see if there's an error provided. Re-edit: This script relies he...

I'm considering making a new alternative to the current AA script, which will be a bit more robust. As such it'll probably be a Java program like KoLMafia so we can have platform and browser independence, and overall more features. My main focus will be on a spading feature and a quest run mode, whi...

On the other hand, jumping in fists-swinging with "bad design" won't get you anything other than an argument. And if you "win" the argument... it still just gives us something to consider as we design the next skill. The latter part of that is what I was going for. I'm not tryin...

I'd just like to say I think this is an intrinsically bad design, atleast for my playstyle. Each item is a bit subpar to an actual IotM. The extra mettle isn't the reason it takes a week to open the space station, just a minor reward for doing it. Stop the Space Station Madness
Originally the narrative and the amount of time needed to finish all of the space station content made it necessary to drag out the unlocking of the space station areas over a period of many, many days. This was cut down to about 1 week after the introduction of retcon (atleast I believe the origina...
