Re: Podcast on November 1st?
Hi Kinak, welcome to the family! Really great to have you. I have a couple random questions that I've come up with while re-familiarizing myself with the game specifically for the purpose of coming up with some questions. 1. I would like more gloves. I don't feel there are enough interesting gloves ...

Re: Hello World (aka Don't Panic II, Electric Bugaloo)
Mentioning Euro hours reminded me of something I wanted to talk about, actually. Ryme's traditionally done his scheduled "Tea Time with Ryme" chats, while I'm used to having a forum thread with questions and doing a podcast. I much prefer the podcast format, as I've managed to miss most e...

Re: Hello World (aka Don't Panic II, Electric Bugaloo)
I'm a big fan of your work Kinak, and I expect great things. Terrible things, but great. Ryme, you better still pop into chat once in a while after the switch, you know how much I love that. Edit: Also Kinak, you'll have to tell us your in-game name, I'd love to chat with you. More importantly I'll ...

Aw Ryme I'm sad that I've fallen out of touch with the game over the past couple years, if I were in the loop there's nothing I'd love more than helping continue this thing that I love so much. I wish you the best of luck with finding help keeping Twilight alive, and would like to again thank you fo...

Re: Ideas for a new/better pvp system
It was good that you got it out at all, and it's certainly better than KoL's current system ^_^
I had a lot of fun messing with it when it came out, even if it was a wee bit wonky.
Some of those changes would really make it engaging again though!

I was wondering the same thing. They're higher power until level 5, but they have less versatility. The 3-speeds get you extra XP without +foe toughness.
With the kilt you're gaining somewhat reliable HP and XP, with the 3-speeds you can only choose one. So...

Pulls!
For those of us not killing ourselves with pull-free runs, what have you found to be the most important pulls! All I can think of right now is my limited IotM collection. The Wolley's Index +8 psychic damage is huge at low levels when it's nearly doubling your damage, and the 20% items is nice as we...

Re: Minor interface tweak requests
Could we get the stationary combat buttons from the GM script hard-coded into the game? They're incredibly handy and I'd rather not have to switch over to firefox for the sole purpose of playing TH. I honestly think just about everyone would find use in them, and they're small enough that they won't...

I can only dream of such a beautiful nexus of nerd...
We should totally have RetCON there.
It'd probably be much better to schedule a meet-up somewhere like that where a lot of people might already be going and would want to for other reasons in addition to meeting their bestest TH friends.

Gah, that's too bad, would've been fun. Maybe we could try another one once retcon comes out if it pulls the playerbase numbers up, though you probably wouldn't be in Chicago so it'd be harder for me to come. One day though, I'll finally be able to ask you how's life in person :p

I think there absolutely must be a "level playing field" mode. That allows EVERYBODY to have the opportunity to get up in the rankings. Which reminds me, I don't know if this has been mentioned, but how would the leader-boards look? The way I imagine it there would be, say, a max-level &qu...

Optimal is subjective, for the most part. For instance, farmers don't use Brays every day because the amount they cost is much more than their chips per turn multiplied by the number of turns they give. Personally I just used Stroopwafelen and Mister Teas, as do many people who don't like spending a...
