For the record, you can Hammock all the way to lvl 11 and still be under retcon restrictions for 2 more hours and 45mins . . . and 30 seconds.

You also need to factor in efficiency, don't you? Cups of coffee are cheap, but have high fullness to adventure ratio. You should be able to get the complete mall experience while still under restrictions. You can buy a shop, stock your shop and buy things all from DS (and have them sent to DS).

And the market price after you add an item in your manager will be updated via Ajax call.

Keep in mind, this isn't the KoL mall. So before you suggest things consider if you actually use those features.

It might be best to color your tells differently, rather than the notifications. Maybe maroon for those. I'd also be a fan of coloring my own name -- to call out when I last interacted with the thread of the conversation.

From chat today we were imagining a +XP talisman. And some funny ideas came to mind:

Talisman: "Make it Count"
Image: of The Count from Sesame Street
XP +100%
Init +100%
HP-max set to 1

And there were some variations on that with -1000% stats.

The conceptual problem could also be solved by making them 'quest' items that vanish at Retcon. Then we wouldn't be debating whether you should be able to pull them or not.

For those pushing for consistency, the other option is to make it so mettle is not a free pull. This would be more akin to KoL's system, though still more flexible, IMO.

When do you think a 5/day pull no-perm run will be trumped by a all-skill no-pull run? How many perms? Consider you have all items available to pull. And figure the standard is days rather than time.
