I don't like using those things. It just doesn't feel as good.

Re: Market Discussion Thread
I'm kinda curious as to why everybody seems to want to sell things for stars instead of Chips. For the last few months, I've been castlefarming and buying stars in the mall, just to try to get some more currency moving around in the economy. Just one dude, though. Based on the Classifieds thread, it...

Re: Skill Perm Order
I did several Gadget runs in a row, and didn't bother perming First Aid until the last one. It's really useful, but you get it pretty early...

I was having some trouble with the Mick fight today, and Zillow pointed out how valuable the Medevac chopper's air rescue action is in that fight. Boy, howdy.

Re: Basic Retcon advice... Pretty please?
I have a Recyclonizer.
With Gadgeteers, I haven't had any problem beating The Mick just by spamming regular attacks.
My first run, which was Elementalist, I had to level to 12 to get that level's combat skill to even have a chance...

Basic Retcon advice... Pretty please?
Hey, guys. I'm finding myself with a shoe situated firmly on the other foot of my turned tables, here, and I'm trying to get better retcon speeds without really knowing what I'm doing. I've been spending a lot of time with the wiki, but I'm wondering if there are some basic things I'm neglecting. I'...

Re: Poll: what's next for Twilight Heroes? YOU DECIDE
Ahem.
I'm seriously looking forward to a Mall at this point. Having started doing retcons, I'm really regretting some of the IotMs I didn't buy.
Luckily, I bought extra copies of a lot of early ones, and I'd really like to translate that into some functional gear.

I agree that the Nexus War style of advancement (which has found some degree of mainstream exposure in Tabula Rasa) is a little dissatisfying, but it'd be really neat to have some differentiation between members of the same class in TH. Maybe something more along the lines of talent points in WoW --...

Is it better then if you have to retype the name of a person if you're casting a couple of buffs on them? I was kind of following KoL's lead in this area, and assumed there was some consensus that remembering the last person was beneficial. I did that partly because you can select (yourself) from t...

Minor interface tweak requests
I hope it's not presumptuous of me to start this topic, but I came in here expecting to see an appropriate place for it and didn't find one. I'd like to see the section of the fight code where it gives you the yield of Vlad's Decryptonomicon give you a link back to your computer lab. Maybe the words...

Having played a Gadgeteer for a long time and then reincarnating as a Naturalist, it occurs to me that while Gadgeteers get some measure of customization in their buffs, it seems like any given Naturalist at level X is going to be pretty much exactly the same as any other Naturalist. The ability to ...

I think I'm a bit confused. Is that assuming you've already shouted your battlecry, and the opponent has heard it and is trying to pretend to be on your side? Or steal it? It could be a fun account option, just as flavor, I do agree. Yeah, I was thinking of that in terms of a boss, say, who already...
